Dr. Christos Sakaridis received the ETH Zurich Career Seed Award
Dr. Sakaridis will lead an independent research project with the support of the Career Seed Award in 2023, titled "Nighttime Photorealistic Simulation for Robust Semantic Driving Scene Understanding".
We are pleased to announce that Dr. Christos Sakaridis has received the ETH Zurich Career Seed Award (https://ethz.ch/en/research/research-promotion/seed-projects/supported-projects.html), which is aimed at excellent young researchers at an early postdoc stage. With the support of the Career Seed Award, Dr. Sakaridis will lead an independent research project titled "Nighttime Photorealistic Simulation for Robust Semantic Driving Scene Understanding" in 2023, in which he will explore further the direction of robust visual perception in adverse conditions, which is vital for developing fully autonomous cars.
